Delivery

We offer free UK and International delivery.

Our standard delivery time within the U.K is usually 24-48 hours as we send all our UK orders by special delivery.


Please note that all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
If you require a Next Day Saturday delivery service, we charge £5 and orders must be placed before 2pm on the Friday to qualify.
Next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Please note that all Next Day orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that we do offer a free International tracked Delivery Service but if you require a speedy international delivery, we offer a FedEx Express service that costs £35 and takes 2-4 working days to arrive. If you opt for that service, we shall need you to provide us with your telephone number or the recipient’s telephone number to give to the courier.
Customers are responsible for customs import duty taxes in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery.

 

Overseas approximate delivery times are

  • Eire 10 days

  • Europe 10 days

  • USA/Canada 14 days

  • Elsewhere 14 days

 
We do not share your private information with any third party companies or sites nor participate in the cold calling our customers

Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Upon completion of the order process online you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Upon acceptance of your order you will receive a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email. This means that your order has left Kiki Silver Jewellery and is now being shipped to your specified address.

Returns Policy

Here at Kiki Silver Jewellery we aim to provide the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the goods to us. We require that these items are returned unused and in the original packaging, with the security tag firmly in place within 28 days from the day of dispatch. Should this be upheld, we will happily provide a refund or, alternatively, exchange the item.

Kiki Silver Jewellery will accept full responsibility for a broken item that is deemed a manufacturing fault and will happily refund, replace or exchange accordingly. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that have been accidentally broken. All damaged returns will be subject to an inspection by the Returns Department before a suggested course of action can be discussed.

Jewellery, by its very nature, is delicate and as such may need repairing from time to time; with this in mind we offer a high quality, value for money repair service.
 

  • Any parcels returned will be at your own cost. We also recommend a receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

  • Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited.

  • Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment originally used for your order.
